1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working with XXXX as a Senior Account Manager where he mostly does internet advertising sales and account management. Most of their services are related to advertising platform, he has about 10 advertisers in charge, manages three junior staff at the moment, and he is mainly building/maintaining relationships with their clients, advertisers, and agencies; on top of that, he is the one in charge as well for KPIs, campaign strategies, and advertising creatives. Previously, he was with XXXX as a Vendor Success Executive where he mainly acquired new restaurants, proposed existing restaurants and companies for increasing orders and sales. He also is in charge of recommending clients to use paid advertising options, create sales manual, and success documents; he has managed about 11 team members at that time. During his stay there, he has acquired more than 100 restaurants, both restaurants and cafes. He started working with media and communications industry including XXXX and XXXX as an Advertising Sales.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability in internet advertising sales and account management since he has been doing these two for the whole of his career. Industry wise, he has been into different areas such as real estate, financial, cosmetics, health, foods, and education.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing direct sales and advertising sales since he started his career for more than 10 years now. Has worked on a food delivery app/company before so he has the customer/client base already in the F&B industry, he’s also comfortable working and targeting SMEs again in this same area. He’s keen to learning more about loyalty points and reward points program so he can leverage in this role. For CRM tools, he usually uses Salesforce for sales tracking and management. Very familiar with the Japanese culture, market, and business since he’s been working on this for many years now.
