1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has over 8 years of experience in the industry and is currently working with the XXXX  team in Japan, providing benefit consulting services to both Japanese and non-Japanese clients. She handles business for both companies and primarily supports benefit implementation for non-Japanese clients in Japan. In this role, she frequently communicates with client headquarters outside Japan. Prior to this, she worked at XXXX for several years, initially supporting the sales strategy and business growth for overseas travel insurance. Later, she moved to the Corporate Planning team, where she assisted the CEO with corporate strategy and engaged with outside associations like the Financial Service Agency and the Insurance Association in Japan.

   Her strongest skills include in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, gained from working in product teams and collaborating with senior executives in insurance companies. Additionally, her bilingual skills in Japanese and English are valuable, especially when explaining insurance concepts, which can be complex. She also excels in communication, feeling comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, from senior executives to junior staff.
