1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She just came back to Japan few months ago and started to work with XXXX as a Project Manager for some web-based system development, most of their engineers are located in Vietnam and Indonesia, have some Japanese engineers as well; her daily responsibility includes attending regular meetings with their clients, get their requirements, and convey it to the teams for development. Before this, she was doing freelance projects for about 10 years in Thailand and also was a Business Development Director for XXXX, a small firm helping lots of Japanese expats in Thailand, so she has extensive experience arranging travels, booking accommodations, and transports for their clients; they also helped Japanese companies open their office or branch in Thailand. That time, she was also leading IT projects such as handling the updates on their apps, websites, or client’s websites. Before this, she was into sourcing, purchasing, and merchandising in a retail company called XXXX which is an interior decoration and furniture brand helping over 100 retail stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. Throughout her career, she’s been with different types of stakeholders, helping teams to accomplish something whether developing a product or delivering some type of merchandise into their client’s warehouse and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her project management capabilities towards the IT industry. She recently has delivered a web app for an educational staff management and most of her projects are web-based system development ones. Their clients are mainly from business oriented such as HR, education, or anyone that they can integrate Salesforce or automation with. She’s also used with talking to lots of people with different background and facilitate them as a team.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 10 years of accumulated experience in project management, handling both large and small projects of developing website, applications, and functions. She has experience previously with setting up offices for about 20-30 people and has some knowledge as well with networking and security since she has done some courses on it. For project management and development methodology, they mostly use Agile, and for tools, she’s familiar with lots of web services such as Notion, Figma, Trello, and some Microsoft PM tools.
