He is currently working for the XXXX infrastructure, he joined the PMO office for about three months initially and was later on poached by a different team within the company where they are working with M365 digital transformation, mostly Microsoft products; he’s more of like a regional lead there due to his bilingual capabilities, basically being the local bridge between global PMO office and Japanese counterparts within investment bank and wealth management sectors. In this company, he has lots of technical expertise acquired including IT, security, digital transformation, and networking, hardware, and data centers. From then on, he got very familiar with lots of security products and general physical security practices such as Lenel monitoring software, closed circuit camera, security camera, best practices for placement, and different types of access and control methodologies such as key cards, fingerprints, or biometric security access. He then began his project management career with XXXX for the first time when he worked within wealth management but was not a perfect fit him, so he later joined XXXX where he was more fitted for the role of IT Security Project Manager and got his first experience in product management, mostly Microsoft DLP, more security-focused stuff and then after COVID, he returned to the US for a year and worked with XXXX as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, he majorly worked there with the Retail IT team, installing cash registers and leading the teams to troubleshoot printers, and similar equipment. Due to some reasons, he went back to Japan and joined his current company which is XXXX.
