1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His most recent job was with XXXX and has worked there for about 10 years, focused on YouTube product within the operations team. He was mainly focused there on supporting partners that were using YouTube as their content business such as onboarding features, adoptions, supporting with any market-related initiatives on YouTube, and data analysis along with program management. Their team usually have global projects and he worked for vendor partners across Philippines, Malaysia, and India. After that, he focused on being a people manager and was supporting partners in Japan but working with global directors on launching lots of different initiatives and projects within operations. Then he led a team of experts to support YouTube’s top content partners across different industries such as Music Label, TV companies, MNCs, and others.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability in project management process, improvement, and optimization. He also considers himself strong with leadership including people management, program management/development, and things related to that. He mostly has worked in the media and entertainment industry for the past 10 years.
