1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He grew up in China but moved to Japan for further studies, after completing his Master’s degree, he joined XXXX as a Deputy Plan Manager for about 8 years and was focused on operation and maintenance of the plant area. Later on, he developed an interest for business management and pursued MBA which led him into the consulting industry. Over the past nine years, he has been involved with various projects across different domains. He is currently with XXXX as a Project Manager where he has been leading a digital transformation project for accounting department, oversee the whole delivery process from requirement gathering to development, and user training as well. He is leading about 5-6 people in this current project and about 20 people from third-party, basically leading the whole project. Previously, he was with XXXX as a Project Manager handling IoT Business Launch and has developed strategies for corporate IoT solution business. He was with XXXX as a Project Manager/Risk Management Manager where he supported funding management improvements for major equipment manufacturer and conducted interviews with related departments. Prior to that, he was with XXXX as a Project Manager where they handled a data analytics project for an oil and gas client where they had to develop IoT technology application as well for a Materials & Energy Business client.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his project management ability mostly on variety of industry including oil and gas, IT, and tech companies. He’s also strong with overseeing and delivering projects to their clients. He’s also great with IoT, data analytics, and digital transformation projects.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 10 years of experience in project management and has mostly handled IoT, data analytics projects in the past few years. He is mostly focused on system and application development but would be willing to learn more about IT Infrastructure projects as well. They are mostly using Waterfall and Agile methodology for their projects and also using cloud for most of their management tools.
