1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in Japan for the past 6+ years and is currently working with XXXX where he’s taking care of the global sales, project management, contract/render management as well; they have about 4-5 projects at the moment such as AI and CRM applications. He is the one communicating with the offshore team and customers, gathering requirements and how the development tasks are going, on top of that, he’s also responsible for new businesses coming up, new projects, and targets Japanese, global customers to get more IT application projects. Before coming to Japan, he worked with XXXX and other IT companies as an ITIL expert, he mostly communicated with customers, get the work done, requirement gathering, and team building as well during those roles. He was also an IT Sales/Sales Manager for XXXX and XXXX, and a Business Development Manager for XXXX where he generated leads to all industries and converted them to deal closures.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be team building and people management since he has been doing that for many years now. He’s also good with customer relationship and business management; his expertise lies within project management and sales management since these are two areas he has been involved for the course of his career.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has solid 6+ years of experience in IT project management and has been involved with technical environments such as IT Infrastructure; he has worked 60% on IT/Software side and about 40% on the Infrastructure side, has handled Singapore and Japan infra-related projects such as Wi-Fi and network installation, and has good knowledge on electronics and communication engineering as well. He also has exposure to AV environment and projects, has worked with an IT solution provider previously where they did AV installations for big construction companies in Japan and their new conference halls. He is also willing to learn more about electronic security systems since he hasn’t been involved in one before. Can speak fluent Japanese on a business setting and has N2 Japanese level.
