1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After his graduation, worked for IT consultancy in India and is now working as a Project Manager for XXXX where he’s managing almost 6 projects that varies from different sectors such as healthcare, insurance, and other industries. He is mostly handling Scrum calls, meeting with clients, team discussions to resolve blockers and prepare risk analysis documents, and monitoring of task management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, and others; basically he’s also responsible for evaluating the quality of work from the developers’ side. Some of the projects he has been involved with is an AI-related healthcare platform, somehow a hospital management system where people can input their basic information, set future calls or appointments, and so on, another project is a local insurance project where the application supports people to become healthier by tracking the nutrients or calorie of the products they intake every day; all of the common convenience stores in Japan have integration to their platform such as 711, Family Mart, and others.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his team player skills, he can support the team and make them work effectively, also empower them to reach better heights. Another is his project management skills especially keeping all of their projects under budget, effectively manage resources, and also support end-to-end projects to produce great applications or solutions for their clients/end-customers while giving them the great experience as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 5 years of project management experience at this point and has experience with IT infrastructure-related and software development projects so far. He also has experience with AV and has worked on audio recognition platforms integration previously; has worked with a security company before so has experience with electronic security systems particularly with sensors, alarms, and all. Currently, he’s managing a team of almost 22 people under him and has proven leadership skills.
