He started off his career as a Junior Data and Business Analyst for a small firm in Tokyo where he mostly handled healthcare and life science related projects. After that, he joined XXXX as a Project Manager where he was responsible for handling healthcare and pharma projects from end-to-end starting from requirements gathering up to completion. They have worked on data models, frameworks, and pipelines with teams across Japan and global delivery centers. His last role was with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where he led cloud migration projects for another healthcare, insurance client. During that time, he has collaborated with internal teams and other regions to align initiatives; has developed and implemented data analytics related solutions to their clients as well such as cloud migration, AI sales forecasting solution, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his expertise with project management and methodologies, he has been doing this for about 10+ years now so he's good with handling projects in whole lifecycle. Technical-wise, he's great with cloud migration, data analytics/management, and related stuff since most of his projects are revolving in these areas; on top of that, he's great with stakeholder and team management since he has worked as bridge between internal, external, and global teams.
