1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s a retired US military and has been working in the federal government and DoD contracting for combined 31 years now; his original background is coming from explosive logistics and ammunition which is how he got into security. Currently, he is with XXXX as a Lead Technical Specialist where he is basically the one planning for renovation of facilities and conversion of military facilities from existing infrastructure to state-of-the-art ones; along with that, they also do lots of work with security systems such as intrusion detection systems, CCTV, satellite vehicle surveillances as well. He has worked in different places including Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, and Australia where they took the older systems and replace them with new ones including internet connectivity, protocols, and all; also has handled different locks especially for doors.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his keen attention to detail because in his current and past work, he always has to be precise with all details, measurement, specifications, and all those things to be able to produce a high-quality and accurate result. He also has expertise with security systems and has been in this area for many years now.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has way more than 3 years of experience in project management and has PMP, PSM certifications as well on top of that. He has familiarity and exposure to technical environments including infrastructure, AV-related projects, and particularly with electronic and non-electronic security systems. Aside from that, he’s been doing blockchain consultancy as well so he can also leverage this into any job he will be assigned to if ever. Has great leadership and people management skills; can speak Japanese in a conversational to working level.
