1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started working for the music industry dealing/running music labels, festival organization, and artist engagement management for American and Australian artists. On the other hand, he also has been in the IT industry for more than 10 years, starting with XXXX where he served as a Lead Tech Support Engineer, was responsible for technical team management and server engineering. After that, he worked for a small Japanese business as a Project, Product, and Engagement Manager where he led digital transformation of the company and oversaw all implementation of IT solutions mostly SaaS and PaaS. He’s also in charge there of all aspects of IT Asset Management and was involved as well in online/offline campaign systems. Later on, he moved to XXXX as a Technology Site Lead and was covering asset management, support the engineering side, and corporate office. He was in charge of the overall internal IT operations, operational coordination, and project management with stakeholders. He did freelance projects after that and then went back to join XXXX and is currently overseeing the overall IT Infrastructure, deals with the engineering team and being the bridge of implementations to customers. He’s leading the team currently and at the same time, does onsite events support.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his expertise in understanding Japanese businesses, both small and big companies. He also have strong communication skills and excellent IT skills, especially when it comes to IT Infrastructure space.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 3 years of experience as a project manager and has been exposed to technical environments including IT Infrastructure and AV, mostly implementation and installation of AV equipment in small/big size meeting and conference rooms. He also has supported center building, networking, and similar projects. For electronic security system knowledge, he has experience with HID mobile, electric key cards, and such.
