1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has been working in the automotive industry field for many years now and also has experience doing quality control. He started working with the XXXX where he was on Onsite Engineer, designed and developed components for vehicle’s suspension and other systems using CAD. After that, he worked with XXXX in Tokyo and was involved with precision jigs for watch components, and also taught CAD to project leaders and members. Then, he joined XXXX as a Project Manager for Stress Analysis and related software using different methods, also acted as bridge for engineers and teams abroad. He also had a short stint with XXXX as a Project Manager again for Electronic Control Movement seats and stages for different venues. He moved afterwards to XXXX as an Offsite Lead where he was acting as a bridge between Austria and Japan, and was managing about 80 members involved with stress analysis components; basically he acted there as a bridge for onsite and offshore engineers. He also was a Consultant for XXXX and then joined XXXX where he served as a Project Manager/Field Applications Engineer for a Connected Car System Development for different automotive companies including Mazda, Nissan, and Honda; he also was involved there with AI and IoT Technologies, at the same time, was the Head of Establishment of the Technical Department that time. After his short stay there, he moved to XXXX as a Mechanical Engineer, did lots of customer visit to fix their products including cameras, lighting equipment, Gimbals, and other products. In summary, he has been doing project management, mostly involved in technical roles, while at the same time handling people in his past few roles. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would his expertise in quality control; also strong with sales and bridge engineering since he has performed these functions for the few recent years. He’s great with functioning as a manager; making reports, managing people, and did analysis for each role he has joined. On the technical side, his expertise would be stress analysis related systems and design. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of accumulated experience in doing technical support for customers or users, also has a short stint of being a Field Application Engineer for XXXX where he handled automotive companies as well. He was mostly involved in post-sales support and activity, has worked with different automotive names such as Nissin, Honda, and Mazda. He doesn’t have much experience in Python but has familiarity with Linux and C++, also has worked on radar imaging during his first job where they had to integrate it into automotive to show if there’s enough distance between vehicles around. Also has designed components with sensors so he’s familiar on that area as well.
