1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in IT and mostly throughout his career, he’s been doing project management and engagement management; has done very complex projects both in digital aspect and infrastructure, applications related projects as well. He started doing IT Infrastructure project management in the banking industry and then moved into an e-commerce company, doing some digital projects over at Walmart. He is now with the XXXX where he’s doing digital engagement for their websites, he was in charge previously with the Japan region; he has been moving around the company with different roles and has done digital project management, and is recently more focused on the business side such as the operations where he interacts with direct customers, ensure setting of KPIs for the year from both marketing and sales perspective, also upstream of R&D, manufacturing.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management in the digital space and on the infrastructure application side as well. He’s also good with handling customer experience in the digital aspect, can do Agile project management, change management, ensures they have efficient process, get rid of unnecessary processes, and is also bilingual with English and Japanese.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 15-16 years of solid experience in project management and has been exposed to technical environments as well, both in digital and infrastructure; would be keen to learn more about AV and Electronic Security System related projects. He has strong leadership skills and has handled a team size of about 20+ people previously while he was doing project management; he’s more focused in business operations side now.
