1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 19 years of working experience related to accounting topics. He is now doing freelance business development consultancy but before this, he has worked with XXXX as a Senior Accounting Manager where he also organized the global accounting policy, fix issues such as internal audits across the global entities, and worked in different regions as well such as France to fix practical issues and reorganize the team. He also was a Senior Project Manager for them where he handled mostly system implementations and deployments of accounting platforms and accounting process control systems. Previously, he has worked with XXXX as well as an Audit Manager for retail, manufacturing, IT, and Medical Science; started off as a Business Consultant for XXXX during the early years of his career.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be mainly solving issues and project management in general. He also has strong knowledge and understanding of the accounting side since he came from this educational background and has performed this professionally with several companies and roles.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 3+ years of experience in project management, mostly doing system implementation and deployments for their company’s platform. Aside from that, he is familiar with IT Infrastructure related projects and would be willing to learn more about AVs and electronic security system type of projects. Being a local, he has good understanding of the market, culture, and business compliances that might be needed for some project deliveries. He has handled teams and people before and the biggest team size he has managed was about 10 people directly under him.
