1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines. He started his career with XXXX, where he initially joined as a Lead Technician and was operating and maintaining equipment for solar cell manufacturing. Later on, he was promoted as a Senior Process Engineer where he was responsible for process and equipment development, optimization, and control for plant goals and objectives. Afterwards, he moved to XXXX as a Manufacturing Engineer where they assembled front line to end line, responsible for selecting, commissioning, and development of equipment for production. He worked for XXXX after that, he was a Tooling Engineer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he was mainly responsible for US military government property tools and equipment including set-up, maintenance, security, and storage to be used in production. He had to go back to the Philippines after that and worked with XXXX as a Facilities Manager/Supervisor where he managed to upkeep the building, equipment, and supplies, together with safety standards. He is now in Japan, working for XXXX as a Manufacturing Engineering, responsible for manufacturing semiconductor-related machines and chips.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be manufacturing and process engineering since he has been doing those for the past 20+ years of his career; mostly within the semiconductor and aerospace industry. He is also good with facilities management and if given the chance, would like to go back to that job and field in Japan.
