1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?                
She took her Bachelor and Master in XXXX with the focus on Physics. Her main focus in research field is Single Molecule Measurement Observation research and microscopy called High Speed AFM. Apart from that, she’s also doing software development and coding in Python, C language, and can do image processing as well of microscopic images. She has published different studies and research related to single molecule, about 4 publications in total including first authored and secondary authored publications. She also had few internships before including one from XXXX as a Research Project Mentor for HS students, focused on research questions and experiments. Also had two Research Internship Program where she was again focused on projects, experimental manipulation, and analysis of single molecule observations.
 
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be her communication and collaborations skills, not just in local Japanese level, but to international and diverse cultures as well; she had her internship and exchange programs in foreign countries so she can communicate effectively to different people using English. She also have 5 years of research experiment experience so she’s strongest with research and development. Technology-wise, she has been using Python, C, and Matlab for software development of her researches.
