1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working in the KYC area for about 10 years now and is currently working with XXXX with Operations, Client Onbooarding, and KYC team. She is responsible here for any changes occurring for existing clients such as company name, address, and others; she also supports the client onboarding team in Tokyo and India where they outsource some of their functions. Aside from that, she also do negative screening, coordination with compliance department, and any screening aspects. She also worked with XXXX where she mostly reached out to businesses and clients to obtain their required documents for onboarding, KYC review, and tax document renewals. Also was with XXXX as a KYC Analyst where she completed KYC profiles for medium and high risk clients including Fintech clients and such. Before this, she was working in the back office area in operations as well including settlement, corporate action, and client services; has worked with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be client management and coordination with various departments. She’s also good with time management and has worked in project-related function with teams both locally and overseas including Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India. She also has good leadership skills and has handled team members previously. Industry wise, she has a great background within finance and banking sectors.
