1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is originally from Brazil but has been working internationally including Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, and now Japan. His experiences are focused more on the business side, sales, customer service areas, and a little bit of operations mostly on logistics, banking, and some internet services company. He is currently with XXXX as a Digital Transformation and Business Process Management where he handles projects and support digital transformation for their clients, he also has worked on data transformation initiatives, tests of new technologies, and some implementations as well. He also is responsible for supporting the building of the governance structure for a Gen AI development project. Previously, he was with XXXX as a Senior Manager for Vendor Operations, he was hired for their global sales team to implement digital solutions, support rollout of new features in Salesforce, build up solutions, lead generation for creating or incorporating new vendors into the platform.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his expertise with business process management area, change management, and has been working as a project manager as well for the past 8 years. He also tends to be very analytical and is specializing currently in AI. He prefers roles that would be more strategic where he can do solution building either with customers directly or with internal teams
