1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working for more than 30+ years now in which 23 years within semiconductor and about 11 years in the automotive. He has been into six different companies starting with semiconductors and electrical components, XXXX as a Field Application Engineer where he supported PLD designs for customer electronics application and promoted it as well to new customers. After that, he joined XXXX as a Field Service Engineer for Plasma Etch division where he mostly did the final test for machine conditions, work with lots of customers within electronics, displays, and tech devices spaces. Then he joined XXXX as a Customer Quality Engineer where he was in charge of memory products, logic products, and discrete products. Since he was also a Key Account Manager that time, he frequently have to visit the customer side to explain reports, analysis, and such. Some of his achievements in that company includes managing Toshiba, Hitachi, and Sony as well for different type of products. After that, he switched to XXXX as a Customer Quality Manager where he was involved with the automotive industry and had to communicate mostly with automotive customers including Omron, Fujitsu, and ALPS. He also worked with XXXX for different roles including Supplier QA Lead, QA Director, and later on Supplier QA Manager for PTR Product Group where he was mostly doing audits, managing plant quality for different sits, and reported to management based in France as well. His last role was with XXXX as a Customer Quality Manager where he handled and managed more than 300 incidents and worked with different audits as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be doing quality type of jobs; he has experience with supplier quality and customer quality roles. Apart from that, he’s also supporting their Quality Management System both from supplier and customer side; he is good with doing audits as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has strong Field Applications Engineering experience especially during the earlier years of his career; he has been into semiconductor industry for more than 20 years and automotive industry for the last 11 years. Some of the tier 1 OEMs he has worked with includes Nissan, Subaru, Peugeot, Renault, Honda, Volkswagen, Hyundai, and many more. Strong with technical support and customer-facing tasks since he has been doing this for the past 20+ years; on top of that, he has been involved with lots of sales support activities as well so he can do software/product installation and also support customers after sales. He has experience working with software and firmware including microcontrollers so this is something he can leverage for his next job.
