1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?                     
He graduated from XXXX with major in Mechanical Engineering. After that, he joined XXXX where he was mainly in-charge of the electronics controller systems, engine management systems, and such. After that, he moved to XXXX as an Assistant Manager for Electronic Engineering division where he was responsible for electronics and engine management system; at that time, he also started to learn about software development and automotive systems. He also was with XXXX previously as a Project Manager for the Gasoline AE sector where he worked for Toyota’s engine management projects and automotive systems as well. After some time, he moved to XXXX as the Engineering Director where he was responsible for engine management, telematics, and infotainment including audio systems. Afterward, he spent few years in XXXX as a General Manager before moving to XXXX as a CV Business Manager where he was responsible for commercial vehicles business. He also worked with XXXX for more than 5 years where it consist of EMS development, software works, and such. Moving forward, he joined XXXX as a General Manager where he managed the whole business from legal entity operation, sales, and production as well. He also had 2 years of experience with XXXX as the Head of business for Thin Film Automotive and was responsible for P/L of the Japan unit, developed business plans, and establish relationships with automotive OEMs. His last role was with XXXX as the GM of FCS division where he was fully engaged in automotive industry including communicating with lots of different Japanese OEMs, mainly the functional teams, and led the product line sales as well. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his technical skills and knowledge especially within the automotive sector and technologies. Apart from that, he has good knowledge of software development including engine management system, embedded system for microcontrollers, and such. He’s also well-versed with JOEM, OEMs dialect, and understanding of the culture and inner businesses in Japan in general. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has a Mechanical Engineering degree during his studies so he can say he’s expert with electronics, software, and mechanical engineering at this point. He also has been in the automotive sector since he started his career of more than 35-40 years now; 20 years of those within the leadership roles and leading cross-functional teams for engineering related projects. Some of the Japanese OEMs he has worked with are Honda, Toyota, and others. He is familiar with how Western companies and teams work since he has been into some for many years already.
