1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   With over 13 years of experience in the telecom industry, he began his career in 2013 in Pakistan as a drive test engineer focused on RF. He later transitioned into RF planning and optimization roles. Between 2013 and mid-2015, he worked in Pakistan before moving to Dubai for XXXX projects in RF planning and optimization. He then worked in Turkey for around 1 year and 8 months on LTE launch projects with operators like XXXX. After Turkey, he returned to Pakistan to work on remote projects for Huawei, covering regions like Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Following another year in Pakistan supporting remote projects, he moved to Japan in 2020 and joined Rakuten Mobile, contributing to 5G-related RF planning and optimization under the Open RAN initiative. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in RF planning and optimization, which have been the main focus of his responsibilities at his current company. Recently, his work has shifted slightly toward protocol testing, and he is currently involved in both protocol testing and RF planning and optimization. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In his sixth year in Japan, he started working with Apple. His primary responsibilities have included KPI monitoring, intersite distance optimization, and traffic balancing, with a focus on improving accessibility, retainability, and overall network performance across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
