   He has over 12 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry and is currently working at XXXX as a Network Engineer. His background includes extensive work in the telecom domain, covering areas such as planning, KPI optimization, customer complaint management, new feature and profile testing, and UE testing, including enode B testing. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience with 2G, 3G, 4G, and currently 5G technologies. Out of his 12-year career, he has spent nearly 10 years working on LTE and the past three years focusing on 5G, including both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes. In addition to his technical work, he has held leadership responsibilities, managing teams of up to five members and acting as an area manager. He has successfully delivered projects on time while meeting key performance indicators. Currently, he leads a team of four, focusing on enhancing customer experience and improving the performance of deployed sites, working both independently and in team settings.
