1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 20 years of experience in the Telecom and IT industry, beginning his career as a programmer in Jakarta, Indonesia, around the early 2000s. His early work focused on backend development for telecom solutions, including charging, billing, revenue assurance, and fraud detection. With a unique skill set in these areas, he decided to further pursue opportunities in telecommunications, initially working with an operator and later transitioning to vendors. He spent around six years with a local company before joining a global telecom firm, XXXX, where he worked for two years as a delivery engineer. Following its acquisition by XXXX, he continued in a global support role, focusing on XXXX’s communication charging and control systems. After about four years at XXXX, he joined XXXX, where he has been for over 11 years. His role encompasses senior technical leadership and delivery architecture responsibilities.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has built his strongest expertise over nearly two decades in the telecommunications industry. However, over the past five years, his focus has shifted from telecom programming to platform-related work, particularly in cloud architecture, infrastructure planning, and security. This transition was driven by the lack of available resources familiar with rapidly evolving cloud technologies, and his ability to quickly adapt and deliver solutions within tight timelines. While he still maintains a solid background in telecommunications, his recent work has been more aligned with infrastructure platforms, cloud technologies, and IP-based systems. This shift began during his time in Japan and has continued since, allowing him to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 11 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on core site services such as IPS and IP multimedia, rather than networks or microwave technologies. At XXXX, he serves as a bridge between management and engineering teams, ensuring technical alignment, mentoring engineers, and managing customer communication. Based in Japan with permanent residency, he currently leads platform data analytics and system migration projects, covering areas such as OSS, performance metrics, alarm systems, IP planning, databases, and system integrations.
