   He has over 11 years of experience in the telecom industry, originally from India and currently working in Japan with XXXX. His role involves providing technical support as a lead, assisting L1/L2 engineers, field engineers, and team members with troubleshooting and integration tasks related to 4G and 5G networks, including sub-6 GHz and mmWave technologies. His responsibilities include daily deployments of 4G/5G small cell networks using products such as Airspan, Sercomm Q12, and Radius. He also works with L3 and L2 suites, including AG Suite, Cisco switches, and Dassan floor switches, contributing to both network deployment and Cisco-related support. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include Azure Cloud, with knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Windows, and Docker. He specializes in telecom integration and remote deployment of CU/DU components over cloud infrastructure across various regions in Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, and Hokkaido

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is currently handling project management activities and preparing various types of trackers. He is responsible for arranging courses and managing all the detailed requirements. He gathers project-related requirements and performs project management tasks, including preparing presentations and PPTs for the management team. Targets are assigned under the MIC framework—for example, deploying 500 sites within a month. He coordinates closely with the MIC team, tracks progress, and provides regular updates on completed and pending tasks. While not personally collaborating with the MIC team rather the updates are shared through a designated management team.
