Before this, he worked with Indian telecom operators such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in similar roles related to planning and optimization. His responsibilities included end-to-end optimization processes, team leadership, and overall team management.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include being a Subject Matter Expert with in-depth end-to-end knowledge of XXXX systems. In addition to technical expertise, he has experience in team management and resource planning, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and lead confidently in those areas.
