His role involves contributing to the development of global communication standards that enable seamless connectivity between devices and networks, such as ensuring mobile phones function consistently across countries. He works with organizations like 3GPP, ORAN, and other global standards bodies to define technical standards in the telecom sector, particularly in the radio and cloud domains. He explains the importance of standardization through everyday examples like USB Type-C chargers, highlighting how devices communicate with chargers to determine power requirements through standardized protocols. Throughout his career, he has handled complex technical challenges, resulting in the filing of multiple patents—currently holding 3 granted patents with 17 more in progress. As part of his professional work, he also publishes white papers and research papers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He holds several achievements and is recognized as the inventor of technologies that are widely used by consumers, even if they may not be aware of them. These inventions have significantly benefited the companies he has worked with, especially in tool development. He has contributed to AI projects and has been part of teams that developed AI models used by many globally. His experience also includes building applications for both Layer 1 and Layer 2 systems—ranging from low-level hardware operations to software instructions—bridging communication between electronic signals and higher-level software layers.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience working in the background on tasks related to Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), which governs telecommunications licenses and regulations. In his current company, he is involved in spectrum engineering and supports the preparation of reports for the MIC in cases of service outages. While he has exposure to MIC processes and understands compliance requirements, he is unable to directly represent the company in communications with the MIC due to language limitations.
