1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked with major companies such as  XXXX,  XXXX,  XXXX, and XXXX. He is currently with XXXX in Japan, handling responsibilities within the Product Line Management (PLM) team. His role involves managing lab-related product deliveries, preparing RFPs that detail technical, electrical, and mechanical specifications, and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new products into the network. His work also includes overseeing product onboarding, coordinating with vendors, comparing proposals based on price, warranty, and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Japanese regulatory guidelines (MIC). He leads lab testing and performance evaluations before moving products into production and managing mass rollouts. If issues arise, he works directly with vendors and legal teams to resolve them. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has expertise in RAN technology, particularly in 4G and 5G deployment. He has experience working with both legacy RAN and Open RAN platforms. Currently, he is focused on Open RAN, which involves deploying applications on cloud infrastructure. In contrast to legacy RAN, where equipment is sourced from a single proprietary vendor, Open RAN allows the use of hardware from multiple vendors and deployment over a customized cloud network.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience working with different project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, though he does not hold a PMP certification. Despite that, he has gained practical exposure through his current role, which involves working in a global company handling operations across Japan, India, the US, and Canada.
