   He has over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily focusing on RF planning and optimization across multiple vendors and operators. His background includes a wide range of projects such as sweep initiatives, operator mergers, and 4G/5G rollouts in Japan. He is currently leading a team in the central region, managing open network operations, software updates, and performance monitoring to address issues like KPI degradation and counter mismatches. He works proactively to identify and escalate network issues, supports automation efforts by collaborating with relevant teams to develop queries that reduce repetitive tasks, and drives improvements in KPIs such as mobility and retainability. For instance, he has worked on automating the detection and blacklisting of problematic handover relations caused by overshooters near water bodies. He is also involved in roaming management, supporting network upgrades as roaming arrangements phase out, and ensuring compliance with spectrum, power, and other regulatory requirements. He has experience handling MIC obligations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary details. With a strong understanding of the network and MIC requirements, he ensures compliance is maintained.
