What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His core strengths lie in troubleshooting and detailed analysis, particularly in capturing logs during device issues and conducting thorough assessments using tools like Wireshark. He focuses on analyzing call flows and protocol behavior. He is responsible for setting up end-to-end connectivity to prepare RAN environments for testing, supporting various teams such as functional and performance testing teams. He also assists in defining test cases based on device specifications and oversees the maintenance and operation of 5G radios. Given the open interface nature of the setup, he has hands-on experience logging into and checking multiple connected devices through fiber optic connections.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He holds deep expertise in 5G and baseband node (BN) implementation, with end-to-end knowledge of the 5G architecture. Currently, he is based in an R&D lab in Japan, managing the front haul portion of the network—focusing on radio equipment that handles signal transmission. He oversees various radio vendors including XXXX (for LTE), NEC (for 5G FR1), and BMI (Blue Wave Mobility Innovations), as well as mmWave RDUs from Hisense. His role also involves occasional troubleshooting of mid-haul and back-haul components such as CUs and DUs. He actively coordinates with different teams, performs root cause analysis (RCA), and ensures timely resolution of network issues, maintaining delivery timelines set by the client.
