   She has over 4.5 years of experience in the industry and has been working as a network engineer for more than 2.5 years at XXXX. She specializes in troubleshooting using UE logs and end-to-end traces for LTE and Wi-Fi networks. She has also implemented and maintained advanced network monitoring systems for real-time detection and resolution of performance issues. Her experience includes diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems at both the network and user levels, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and prevent recurring issues, ultimately aiming to improve overall network performance.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her technical toolkit includes Power BI, Groundhog, Grafana, Wireshark, VMware, Google Earth, and Cisco. Prior to joining XXXX, she completed a Master’s degree in Wireless Communication from XXXX University, where she worked on both software and hardware-related projects. She is strong in end-to-end issue analysis, particularly in user-based cases. When an issue is raised by a user, she can effectively analyze the situation and provide appropriate direction.
