1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over nine years of experience in the telecom industry, beginning his career as a site and technical engineer involved in both field and non-site work for hardware and software commissioning. He was later promoted to a role in a Global Remote Center in China and Pakistan, where he worked on various projects across the Middle East and North Africa—including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, and Bahrain—as a microwave engineer. In this role, he managed installations, addressed transmission and congestion issues, and led a team of 20–30 members in implementing solutions related to network planning and optimization, particularly during the transition to 4G and 5G. He has been responsible for technical team management, customer engagement, BOQ preparation, and the deployment of Huawei-based large-scale telecom projects. Over the last two years, he has worked on Safaricom and other telecom projects in North Africa, ensuring customer satisfaction during site installations and addressing technical concerns. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He believes his strongest skill would be in effectively communicating with customers and vendors across various countries, especially within the telecom industry. He has consistently worked to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining efficiency and implementing improvement plans. He mentors over 50 team members, guiding them technically and in communication to meet project timelines and handle technical aspects such as BOQ levels and presentations. He regularly conducts training sessions on different equipment and adapts to customer expectations, even under pressure. He handles challenging client interactions with patience, always aiming to provide solutions and never responding with a "no" to customer needs.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His recent work includes focusing on access network capacity, network quality, cybersecurity, and managing technical challenges involving firewall setups, VM scans, and system hardening to improve efficiency and reliability. He has traveled to more than 10 countries, primarily across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Africa, for business-related work. He is comfortable adapting to different environments, managing projects across regions, and engaging with diverse teams. Traveling for work poses no issue for him, as he is well-prepared to represent himself and contribute effectively in various international settings.
