In her previous role within a corporate setting, she worked as an IT PM Associate, handling day-to-day help desk ticketing, translations, and facilitating communication between the Japan team and global IT teams.

    She has strong troubleshooting skills and excels in assisting users with resolving technical issues. Even when encountering unfamiliar problems, she effectively guides users to the right solutions. Her expertise makes her well-suited for a support role.

     

  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
