   He has over 7 years of experience in the industry. On the technical support side, where he is currently working with XXXX through a vendor, he has about 2.5 years of experience. Before that, he was involved in both IT and IT-adjacent roles. Currently, he serves as a Technical Support Team Lead. At XXXX, he supports different companies by handling the technical requests and tickets they raise with Microsoft. His role involves resolving customer issues and providing technical assistance. He joined the company in 2022 and was promoted to Team Lead within a year.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He highlighted his strongest skills, particularly in leadership. He emphasized his experience as a team lead,  his ability to effectively manage and guide project teams. He also shared how he took on the role of project lead and how that responsibility developed over time.
