1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 14 years of experience in the telecom industry and is currently working at XXXX. Over the past five years, he has been involved in end-to-end product development and deployment for 5G RAN technologies, including vCU, DU, and radios. His current role as Development Manager focuses on product introduction, feature definition, and software development coordination, working closely with partners. He is engaged in aligning product features with 3GPP specifications and network requirements, particularly within the context of Open RAN. Before joining XXXX, he worked at XXXX, where he supported global operators such as MTN, Telstra, NBN Australia, and Vodafone UK, primarily in RAN network solutioning. Prior to that, he was with XXXX, managing BSS operations for MTS India, focusing on network performance, alarms, and upgrade requirements. His career began as an installation engineer for BTS and base station sites. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (2006) and recently completed his MBA in Data Science, awaiting final results.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He considers his greatest strength to be his ability to analyze problems effectively and apply practical solutions. Problem-solving and analytical thinking are areas where he feels most confident and capable. As for weaknesses, he admits to being quite emotional and tends to trust people easily—both professionally and personally. This sometimes leads to situations where others can influence his decisions, particularly in meetings. He acknowledges that he occasionally accepts information at face value without thoroughly evaluating it, which has, at times, backfired.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He worked as a development manager, collaborating with software partners on the development of internal software solutions. A significant turning point came when he began his MBA, which helped him enhance his theoretical understanding—particularly around project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making in time-critical situations. While he previously relied on hands-on experience, the MBA introduced structured approaches and frameworks that improved his overall efficiency and clarity. This academic foundation complemented his practical work, especially in managing timelines and deliverables. He found that the MBA helped him rethink his approach, leading to more organized and strategic execution. Currently, he is focused on radio access network technologies, with hands-on experience across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. He is also involved in the deployment, testing, and optimization of LTE and 5G networks.
