Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 20 years of experience in the industry, with a major in automation. After graduating, he worked for several international telecommunication companies. His first position was with a Chinese telecom company with approximately 2,000 employees, where he was responsible for roles related to developer engineering in test environments. He later joined XXXX Beijing in 2005 as a system integration engineer, where he focused on XXXX development and gained extensive hands-on experience with various XXXX vendors. After nearly nine years at XXXX, he moved to XXXX, where he was appointed as an advisory engineer. At Nokia, he worked on RF-related projects and played a key role in activities such as integrating Node B, eNB, and UE components, conducting testing, and configuring systems. During this time, he contributed to LTE (4G) technology development. In 2018, he relocated to Japan and transitioned into a software development role, focusing on EA development.ise SaaS business development, and enhancing client value through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
-
What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He believes his strongest influence comes from his parents. He is confident in his ability to transition into a telecom engineer role quickly, as he has gained substantial learning and experience in the telecom field. He can apply his telecom knowledge effectively to the current position. He has also worked as an AI engineer for several years, taking the initiative to deliver successful projects independently while collaborating with his team to help the company generate market profits. He believes he can contribute further by bringing innovation and developing new projects using AI knowledge.
-
Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He first started working at XXXX, where he was given the title of System Engineer. In that role, he was exposed to various aspects of telecom, working closely with multiple vendors and gaining hands-on experience in maintenance and network operations—such as R&C, Node B, and UE. He also handled various testing equipment. After XXXX was merged with XXXX, he transitioned into XXXX, where the telecom work became more complex. He had to quickly adapt to changing requirements from managers and departments, as the environment was often fast-paced and demanding. With nearly 20 years of experience in the telecom field, he remains confident in his technical knowledge, especially in data systems. When he first moved to Japan, it was difficult to find a role in telecom, which led him to shift into an AI Engineer position, even though it wasn’t his original expertise.
