1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 12 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry, with around 70% of his career focused on optimization and analytics. He recently moved to Japan, where his role shifted slightly. He started as a tester and gradually took on responsibilities in analytics and project coordination. Over the past four years, especially after joining XXXX, he transitioned more into data engineering and analytics. Although his current work revolves around analytics, the data he handles primarily comes from the telecommunications sector. This includes analyzing communication flow and understanding call processing. He also focuses on organizing data securely and effectively. His current responsibilities are centered on data engineering and analytics within a telecom environment. In addition, he manages three vendors—self-optimization, network performance, and geolocation tools—each serving as a key data source for analytics in mobile networks.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He described his expertise as being centered around analytics in the fields of telecommunications and engineering. His top skills currently focus on communication technologies, including network testing such as carrier testing and feature testing. This remains his area of expertise at the moment.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has worked on several projects, including the ETL process and energy savings methods, such as reducing the number of transmitters from four to two to achieve about 15% energy savings. Currently, he is focused on integrating machine learning and AI into telecommunications, with an emphasis on software development. He writes scripts for machine interfacing and creates pipelines for tasks like lookup optimization. Previously in his company, he was responsible for creating dashboards to monitor network performance in the radio sector, ensuring 100% network availability and troubleshooting any issues. He also managed network reliability during major events, ensuring seamless mobile calls and internet access, while calculating necessary tower capacity to meet demand and prevent customer issues.
