Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She started working in the data center industry since 2019, for about 4 years now. She landed her first job as a Data Center Facilities Engineer at XXXX where she mostly did maintenance and the whole system infrastructure or the implementations of those facilities, maintaining the collocations or the data center building itself. After this, she joined XXXX as a Data Center Engineer which is her current role. She is involved here in receiving requests based on a ticketing, also doing some cabling request, troubleshooting of customer server inside the collocation space. She also has experience in commissioning and decommissioning of servers and equipment.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her understanding of what a data center is both inside and outside. She is knowledgeable with the whole infrastructure of the building itself, what makes up the data center, how to maintain it, and what is inside the rack itself including cables, fiber/copper cables, and different equipment. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in this.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 4+ years of experience in the data center environment. Has a solid experience in fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cable including splicing, patching, etc. Can say that she is very strong in it. Has experience in Linux and can rate herself a 2 out of 5 in it since she mentioned she is mostly supporting Windows. Holds a CISCO Certification as well (CCNA).
