1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been living in Japan for the past 7 years and first participated with a XXXX project as a Venue IT Manager, was responsible for planning, equipping, and supporting the technical side of the XXXX venue. After that, he has joined few more companies and one of them was XXXX where he worked for XXXX as a Regional IT Manager and had to take care of Japan and the whole pack including all IT support, help them with tickets, up to deployment and shipment of equipment. He was also involved there with Infrastructure, Telecom, AV, and Network-related small projects inside the office. After that, he was a Global Clients Support still for XXXX and supported three clients in the banking, investment, IT and pharmaceutical industry; mostly did implementation of IT and AV renovation projects. He is now with XXXX as an IT/AV Ops where he is taking care of the Tokyo office and the APAC region, support events, including hardware support, end-user support, and work with other teams/vendors. Before this, he was working in Russia where he did mostly IT-related projects as well such as Windows-based infrastructure, Active Directory, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to connect with people in terms of proper language especially on the technical side. He’s also a fast learner; every company he has joined have totally different structure, software, and all but he has managed to adapt to them in no time. He is always ready to jump in, talk to local team, and move forward on how the clients want them to proceed based on their needs.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He is in and out of project management roles and tasks for the past few years since he had to do it alongside doing IT management/Technical support functions. He also is greatly exposed to the IT infrastructure side of things, more over with AV related projects and has been doing them for many years now. He is also keen to learn more about electronic security systems; previously has worked with AV-related security systems such as fingerprint access systems, face scanners, and NFC type of things. He also is confident in conversing with Japanese language and has N2 certification.
