1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 9 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His career began in the Philippines at XXXX, where he worked for 3.5 years as a Packet Switch Core Engineer. His responsibilities included network planning and design, along with testing and implementing new features for subscribers. In 2019, he transitioned to a role with a telecommunications company in Japan. During the early stages of the 5G rollout, he moved to a team more aligned with his previous experience. Currently, he leads work on a critical network element called CG NET, which plays a vital role in ensuring reliable data service connectivity for users. He manages an external team consisting of consultants from a vendor partner that provides the software for CG NET. This team includes approximately four members. His role involves network planning, project management, inter-team coordination, testing, reporting, and stakeholder management within the organization. Initially, he worked in the IoT department as a platform manager, where he led the deployment of the company’s primary IoT platform. This platform is used to control deployed IoT devices, manage data collection, and perform upgrades. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills currently in project management, as he is heavily involved in that area. However, he also retains a strong background in networking, which complements his project management responsibilities effectively.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in telecom Industry for several years, he has some experience working across various network telecom technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G. In project involvement, he recently transitioned to the core network team, where he supported 5G-related project, contributing to testing, stakeholder reporting, and coordination. He has also been involved in other projects such as network migration, introducing new network functions, and supporting network re-architecture, demonstrating a mix of technical and project coordination skills.
