1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 17 years of experience in the telecom industry, with most of his career spent working abroad. Prior to moving to Japan in 2020, he worked in the UAE for around 8 to 9 years. He is currently based in Japan and has been there for about 5 years. His expertise lies in core network technologies, particularly in 4G, 5G, and private networks. He is currently working as a manager, overseeing 4G and 5G core network design

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He highlighted strong technical and analytical skills as his core strengths. He emphasized the importance of coordination and collaboration with others to accomplish tasks, especially when working on specific projects. From a technical perspective, he believes learning is continuous and that one must keep evolving by working with different departments and teams. He also mentioned having soft skills and the ability to adapt, particularly during the COVID period when remote work became the norm. He effectively collaborated with others through Zoom and Teams calls, which enhanced his interpersonal skills in a remote work environment.
