1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working in the telecommunications industry for around 12 to 15 years, mainly focusing on wireless communications and cell phone technologies. His experience is particularly strong in the test and measurement field, dealing with test equipment used in wireless systems, including space-related technologies. He has a solid understanding of wireless standards such as 3GPP and is well-versed across all layers, from layer 1 to layer 7, within the wireless domain, especially related to mobile technologies. Over the past four years, he has transitioned into a management role, leading a team of engineers across Asia. His responsibilities include people management, customer support, and handling escalations. While the position still requires a strong technical foundation to support his team effectively, his current role is more focused on leadership and coordination rather than day-to-day technical execution.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His core expertise lies in wireless communication, specifically in mobile phone technologies and 3GPP standards. His specialization is mainly in the radio interface, particularly within the radio access network, where he has detailed technical knowledge. While he has worked with professionals in related areas, radio frequency optimization and network planning are not part of his direct experience. His focus has been more on testing within the access network domain. Although RF optimization is adjacent to his area, it requires a slightly different skill set, such as planning base station locations. Transitioning between the two would not be difficult, but they remain distinct disciplines.|
