She has 10 years of experience in the industry and is currently based in Tokyo, She holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with her thesis focused on green wireless networks and base station deployments using efficient power management strategies. Her experience is hands-on, particularly in validating modem firmware and analyzing UE logs across protocol layers like PHY, MAC, and RRC. At XXXX, she focused on optimizing 5G SA/NSA features in live operator environments and was responsible for creating feature test beds based on customer requirements using UE simulators. Her role also included in-depth trace investigations, ongoing validation, and updates to simulators and network parameters. She provided on-site support at XXXX’s customer lab in Japan, managing lab topologies, baseband and radio patch panels, and RF adjustments. After her contract at XXXX ended due to budget constraints, she took a planned career break to focus on personal matters. During this time, she remained connected to the industry through relevant online courses and technical sessions and is now fully available and actively seeking new opportunities where she can apply her skills and recent learning.
