1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He first joined XXXX as a Staff Engineer or Process Engineer where he worked with semiconductors, quality and reliability maintenance, and business efficiency improvement of their products. After that, he joined XXXX as a Process Engineer again where he mainly demonstrated requirements and such. He’s now with XXXX as a Field Application Engineer where he supports software and servers for their semiconductor clients; he also does defect analysis, APC (Automatic Process Control) software, mostly those under the servers. On a daily basis, he receives customer’s questions or concerns, investigate the root-cause of the issue, and consider how he can satisfy their requirement by providing solutions together with the help of their HQ in the USA.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his knowledge about semiconductors and mass production as a process engineer; he’s also strong as a Field Application Engineer and is proficient with defect analysis and automatic process control.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 3 years of experience in field applications engineering and technical support to customers/clients; mainly from semiconductor industries and has experience working for an automotive client as well before during his time as a process engineer. He doesn’t have strong experience with programming languages but he has knowledge with software and server installation, since he has been doing this for the past 3 years; he can also support the hardware side. He does have the basics of radar and LIDAR since he majored on this during his university days.
