1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 6+ years of experience now in software development and is specialized in building scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot. His last role was a Senior Java Developer for XXXX where he designed and developed robust backend systems using both Java and Spring Boot for clients in multiple sectors including finance, banking, logistics, and supply chain. He also implemented APIs for integration with mobile and web frontend, conducted code reviews, unit testing, and production support. On top of that, he's still involved with lots of technical documentation for their projects. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Java Developer where he started his career; he participated there in full SDLC for a customer portal system, integrated backend services as well, and was involved in lots of meetings and solution planning. He joined some internships before this where he acquired his interest and passion in Java development.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his experience in backend development especially with Java and Spring Boot since he has been doing this for more than 6 years. He also has proven experience with Restful APIs, integration of frontend frameworks (React), and hands-on with databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL. Most of their projects are in Agile/Scrum development so he's very familiar with the environment. Also knowledgeable with some tools like Git, Maven, and other DevOps-related stuff.
