1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Robotics Programmer where he is leading the development of control firmware in C++ and Rust for solutions including ROS modules, MoveIt/Navigation Stack, RTOS, and M2T2 modules. He has collaborated with hardware teams on real-time sensor integration and authored internal documentation in both Japanese and English for global clients. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Software Engineer for Embedded Systems and has worked on low-level C++ routines for robotic actuators and AI-powered camera systems. He also has contributed with an internal Rust-based safety module for embedded inference models and participated in cross-functional product planning with global engineering teams. He also was a Junior Developer for XXXX where he assisted in development of Rust-based robotics simulator mostly for academic research use.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his practical experience with multithreading, low-latency control, and firmware design since he has been doing these for more than 6 years now. He also has deep command of memory-safe and high-performance codes in embedded contexts, real-time systems programming in C++ and Rust; also proficient with different robotics platforms and modules including M2T2, ROS, RTOS, and others. On the soft skills part, he's a strong bilingual and can support collaboration with international teams if needed.
