1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working mostly in the automotive industry as a system engineer and automotive engineer. His last project experience was with XXXX as an Interim Project Manager where he was working on different kinds of project which was not his usual work domain so he opted to be reassigned. Previously, he was with XXXX as a Function Owner where he mainly worked on the design side and system engineering side for ADAS functions; he was involved with customer requirements gathering to system requirements creation up to team leadership roles for both development and testing. During that time, he mostly worked for tier one and OEM clients. Before that, he was working for XXXX under XXXX where he was involved with IT service companies, mainly ADAS functions, also knows EC user testing, and market effect analysis; also did some team handling back then both offshore teams and other teams in different geographies. He started as an Assistant System Engineer for XXXX where he had worked for ADAS functions as well for Radar and Camera components.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be familiarity with various automotive system engineering practices and wide range of knowledge of ECU components. He’s also good with the system engineering and development side, from stakeholder requirements to system requirements testing side. On the one hand, he has great experience in leading teams from different geographies, coordinate with suppliers, and OEMs in Japan.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing system engineering for more than 7 years now and has been within the automotive industry during those times as well. He has great exposure and involvement with requirements gathering up to development and testing of functions/applications, and has project management experience as well that he can leverage for his next jobs. He has good customer-facing skills as well on top of that.
