1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career as a Junior Consulting Manager for XXXX where he managed several projects, maximum of 8 projects at the same time, and managed branches as well during that time. He left the company since he had to move to UK to study business management and entrepreneurship. After his graduation, he got an offer from XXXX as a Transaction Analyst, he was engaged there with credit analysis, financial modelling, and financial analysis as well for UK and non-UK banks. After some time, he had to come back to Japan and joined XXXX as a Business Process Analyst where he was the one optimizing their business process, analyse the business as a whole, and investigate some areas they could improve or optimize. At the same time, he was in charge with managing and fixing bugs for internal applications such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and such; he was also the one understanding the local needs, niche, and document them for the use of application development. He had to do lots of testing, provide training to end users, and ensure requests are completed. Currently, he’s a freelance data scientist and has two projects with XXXX as a Tableau Data Analyst & Advisor and another one for web marketing analysis using Google Analytics.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be data analysis and business analytics since he has been doing it for his whole career. He’s also good with BI Analytics and business process analysis, all of his jobs are relevant to these expertise. Industry wise, he has mainly worked with financial industry, retail, and initially with local government, sightseeing, healthcare, and education sectors.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 6 years of experience within business analysis and data analysis roles. He also has previous experience with healthcare so he’s confident he can also work with pharma-focused projects. He’s good with data management and BI Analytics mainly using Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Python. He’s a good team player and can work with local/international teams since he’s fluent in both English and Japanese.
