1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her first job was in the computer engineer side and has worked with the XXXX, mainly for US clients. She majorly worked there as an ETL developer and used mostly Ab-initio for her projects back then about P&L, trading, hedging, and stuff like that. After that, her interest shifted from coding to management so she decided to do her MBA in XXXX; started applying for consultant jobs since she’s more of a people person and joined XXXX as a Technology Consultant. She brought her software development skills there and was a team leader so she also had to enhance her leaderships skills; she worked on Agile projects mostly for financial companies including MasterCard, Barclays, FCA, and other major financial institutions. Currently, she’s doing freelance English teaching and is doing it for part time so she’s open for new opportunities now in the market.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be requirement gathering since both of her previous engagement, she was involved with requirement analysis, meetings with stakeholders, and be the connector between their team and clients. She also is good with project management and has handled a team of five members before for about two projects; soft skills wise, she is great with stakeholder management, communications, and adaptability.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Most of her career experience are related to business analysis and data analysis including gathering requirements from clients, translating them into technical requirements, and work with large-scale and critical data as well. She has experience with data management, ETL development, and BI Analytics mainly using Microsoft Office, JIRA, Oracle SQL, and ETL-related tools; she has used Tableau for a few weeks for one of her previous projects. For her industry experience, she’s mostly worked with financial side but would have no problems joining a pharma-focused project if ever.
