1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He have a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering and after graduating, he joined XXXX for a graduate program; after six months, he managed to secure a local contract in Japan. His first role there was a Mechanical Design Engineer where he worked with hardware development, design series production product, and development of ECU housing for automotive and motorcycle products. The management saw his potential and moved him to an Innovation Engineering role where he helped their team prototype new products from the mechanical perspective; he worked there with Advanced HMI, ARAS, and Keyless Vehicle Entry Systems. He is currently with the same company as a Data Scientist where he mainly propose research topics, analyse data and find some correlation in the data and certain hypothesis from their end. He is part of the 2 Wheelers & Powersport automotive team and in parallel, he’s also helping the hardware team if they need something as he was an experienced person in that field.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be design and development of new products; he’s a curious person and always try to solve problems. Apart from that, he’s adaptable and can learn new things required for any job and tasks. Industry wise, he has been into the automotive industry since he started his career so he’s well versed in that area; he’s expert with design software tools such as CATIA V5, Solidworks, some programming tools including MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and Fortran.
