- He is currently working in XXX Corp. Ltd., as IT Support & Operations Head. He provided complete IT Infrastructure support and need to visit customers and needs to know the details about their infrastructure and execute the plans. He helps them to build the infrastructure from scratch.
- He supported 300+ end-user in different countries. He oversees the purchase of hardware/software/contractors for project management/bandwidth purchase and data center. He is also involved in planning and working for change management both Vertical and Horizontal.
- He needs to oversee vendors. As he needs to coordinate with the users, external consultant for project management to ensure the quality of the project and it will be delivered on time.
- When he was in XXX., he was the Sr. Technical Consultant. He was in charge of supporting users from different countries such as HK / China / Bangladesh / Dubai / India. He needs to do Installing / Configuring / Maintaining - Windows PC (10/8/7/XP) also, installing configuring file servers/webservers/database servers (Windows / Linux) and configuring Routers / WiFi-AP / Network Printers & Scanners
